Our “Winterizing a Garden Workshop” was held on November 20, 2010 where volunteers got hands on training in how to prepare their gardens at home for the coming winter. We pruned, protected and cleaned up the rose garden beds with the help of the Bloom Buddies and University of Connecticut Master Gardeners and over 50 volunteers.
